Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the building are taken care of so that the Landlord is able to deliver a conducive business environment for our tenants.
  • Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests. Work with the respective departments to ensure that tenants’ feedback and requests are attended to. Ensure prompt follow-up with the tenants and have closure to every feedback and request.
  • Plan and implement tenants’ activities to engage tenants, build landlord-tenant relationships, and create community connectivity among tenants.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure timely handing/taking over to/from the tenants.
  • Monitor and inspect out-going tenants’ reinstatement works to ensure that works are carried out to the Landlord’s satisfaction and premises are handed over to the Landlord on time.
  • Work with tenants and tenants’ appointed contractors to provide necessary support and information so that tenants are able to carry out the fit-out work smoothly and move in on schedule.
  • Obtain feedback from tenants via the Annual Tenant’s Satisfaction Survey
  • Monitor actual expenses against the approved budget
  • Work closely with the Project Management team in major refurbishment work and serve as a communication bridge between project management and the tenants
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Property Management team in handling day-to-day operations
  • Identify Capex works, plan and prepare the annual Opex and Capex budget in collaboration with the Engineering team

Key Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management or related studies
  • Minimum 4-7 years of relevant working experience in property management
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with customers/tenants
  • Meticulous, hands-on, work-focused and an inclusive team player
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
