We are looking for Accounts and Admin assistant to assist our Finance manager with the following scope of work:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable function: generate sales invoices from internal Accounting Tool and generate Statement of Accounts.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable function: update invoices into internal system.
- Update goods delivery report, O365 files etc.
- Collect all supporting documents and receipts
- Prepare monthly closing file for accountant
- Handling Procurement function
- Handling Costing in Accounting Tool
- To manage admin tasks as and when assigned
Technical Skill set:
- Attention to details and meticulous is a must
- Strong knowledge in accounting.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sumif etc.
- Have experience working for an IT company as an accountant is a real plus
- Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
