Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of full set accounts
- Booking all entries into SAGE ACCPAC accounting system.
- Sending bulk billing from SAGE ACCPAC accounting system.
- Monitoring collection of payments.
- Responsible for processing of staff claims and payments
- Processing of Payments through internet banking.
- Preparation of GST submission.
- Develop and implement accounting systems, procedures, and internal control.
- Liaise with external auditors on all audit matters, and co-ordinate all functional responses to audit reports including follow-up on all outstanding issues.
Role Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Integrity, initiative, drive, resourcefulness, strong team player and good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAGE ACCPAC accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
