- Working hour: 10am - 9pm (2 hours meal break)

- Job Description:
- Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patient’s appointment
- Process invoice and payment collections
- Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
- To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min N / O level
- Basic IT knowledge
- Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
- Be open to learning new things
- Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
