Operation Support Admin

Lam Heng Technologies Pte Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Liaise with Business Units (BU) to gather manpower & overtime (OT) data and ensure timely updates

● Manage daily manpower planning in Excel sheets and update manpower loading and OT applications as required

● Assist in prepare the service reports, and dimension reports according to customer specifications

● Follow up on work-site / yard entry requirements, such as DDO to facilitate smooth operations

● Oversee administrative tasks related to store management

● Maintain organized records of store transactions, receipts, and inventory levels.

● Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of store supplies and equipment.

● Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time


Requirement:

● Possess Diploma in any field

● Experience in planning and schedule management

● Entry level candidate are welcome to apply
