Job Description

  • Organization Type: Handyman Service (Mobile App)
  • Position Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative
  • Working Location: Work from Home
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Monthly Salary: $3,000+
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our app to handymen, electricians, and related professionals, inviting them to join our platform.
  • Provide daily customer service, including handling complaints and assisting app users.
  • Manage the renewal process for service providers.
  • Provide daily work reports.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a customer service environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle the dynamic nature of the job.
  • Applicants with no prior experience but who possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
