Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our app to handymen, electricians, and related professionals, inviting them to join our platform.
- Provide daily customer service, including handling complaints and assisting app users.
- Manage the renewal process for service providers.
- Provide daily work reports.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a customer service environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle the dynamic nature of the job.
- Applicants with no prior experience but who possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
