We are looking for an Office Manager to help our growing team. The role will mainly focus on assisting employees in streamlining the workflow. The job will provide exposure to the functions of the firm as well as the deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. The ideal candidate is looking for opportunities for exposure in a private equity firm, has proficiency in basic Word and Excel skills, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is well organized. Candidates with fluency in either Korean or Chinese would be greatly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Managing executives’ schedules constantly and setting up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Making travel accommodation arrangements with consummate detail
- Preparing and organizing presentation materials and management memos
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Any other administrative duties as required by the practice.
- Acting as the key point of contact among executives, employees, customers, and external partners.
- Communicating and scheduling events with our Korean counterparts’ offices
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirements: Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
- Knowledge in Korean language is a plus in order to liaise with Korean-speaking clients and associates.
