Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:-

  1. Responsible for the planning and purchasing of all products to our principals and suppliers
  2. Assisting manager in quotations
  3. Creating and processing purchases in a timely manner
  4. Responsible for ensuring all purchases are in order and goods are being delivered to the company on a timely manner
  5. Responsible in negotiating with New Suppliers in Terms of Purchase
  6. Responsible for negotiating with Forwarders on the logistic of deliveries
  7. Work closely with the Sales Department in all Customer Orders and Deliveries
  8. Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system
  9. Maintaining a good method of consolidation of shipments
  10. Maintaining of inventory levels


Requirements:-

  • At least at NITEC or its equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of prior experience in buyer position
  • MUST be in related field
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork, but also able to work alone
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
  • Mature, independent, self-discipline, result-oriented, hardworking, honest and trustworthy
  • Commands good written and spoken English and Mandarin
