Summary of the role:
Provide administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site.
Responsibilities:
- Submit the service request tickets in ITSM (IT Service Management) when requested by the support teams or clients, track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time.
- Help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
- Help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
- Keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity.
- Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
- Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written.
