Job Purpose:
Promote and sell media products and services offered by the Company. Maintain and expand customer base in a bid to achieve sales targets set by the Company.
Job Duties:
- Experience in F&B and travel industry.
- Generate new business by expanding existing accounts
- Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
- Use relevant marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics to understand clients’ digital marketing performance and propose solutions to clients
- Obtain new accounts through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other sources
- Partner collaboratively with channel partners to understand their business and creatively adopt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business partnerships
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for key accounts.
- Manage accounts through entire sales process; business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
- Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reports and business forecast
- Work to maximise sales and meet targets in the short and long term
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field;
- Proven tracked record in Media Sales;
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
