Sales & Marketing Manager

Hanna Facebody Care Pte. Ltd.

As a sales marketing manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that effectively promote the company’s products/ services to the right target audience. In this role, he/she will manage and oversee a team of sales executives, guide their activities, and direct their efforts to achieve a common goal. He/She will also be required to conduct market research, gather and analyze data to identify new sales opportunities, and create effective campaigns that increase revenue.


Specific Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts and partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

2. Works closely with the product development team to define market requirements and develop successful go-to-market plans for new products. This role requires a deep understanding of product development, market research, and effective communication to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

3. Responsible for creating and managing all communication strategies, including internal and external communications, public relations, and social media management. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop content that aligns with the company’s vision and brand.

4. Responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness through distribution channels.

5. Develop and implement analytics strategies to track and measure sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.

6. Ensures the seamless execution of sales processes and procedures, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

7. Conducts market research to gather insights on the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs, helping the company stay ahead of the curve and proactively develop innovative solutions.
