What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Passion for the high-end environment.
- Assist customers through various delivery channels (via phone, email, and web requests) to meet or exceed client objectives of utilization, brand recognition, and customer loyalty.
- Utilize a variety of resources including search engines, websites and internal resources to research customer requests with the goal of delivering valuable solutions.
- Utilize multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information.
- Provide meaningful and relevant insight to customers regarding the services that can provide for them.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Client-centricity, positive mindset, flexibility, adaptability to changes, and strong teamwork are expected qualities.
- Interest in the fashion industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
