Assisting clients with technical problems pertaining to hardware or services. This position will combine technical skills with soft skills to provide well rounded support not only in the form of technical assistance but also delivering a positive client experience.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Understanding and analyzing the problems that clients are facing
2. Communicating technical information to clients in a clear and simple manner
3. Identifying and resolving technical issues that clients have reported
Technical skills and competencies:
1. Technical proficiency and familiarity with necessary hardware components
2. Problem solving skills to identify hardware issues and effectively resolve them
3. Accurate documentation skills for record and filing purposes
4. Customer relationship management skills to build strong ties with clients
