Job Description:
- Position: HR Consultant (Business Development - Recruitment Firm)
- Well Established Employment Agency & Human Resource Consultancy Firm
- 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 (basic salary) + Incentive
- Outpatient Medical Benefit Provided

Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Promote company solutions to perspective and potential customers
- Manage on-boarding new client processes.
- Constantly researching and identifying new leads and business prospects via various platforms.
- Assist in monthly company sales and marketing material.
- Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any business-related discipline.
- At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience.
- Self-motivated, result driven, confident and ability to work independently.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
