Bar Manager
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the bar operations of PULSII. As the Bar Manager, you will curate an innovative cocktail menu that complements our unique cuisine and be responsible for the bar inventory. You will also work closely with the Service team in ensuring exceptional service, playing a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere and success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an enticing cocktail menu that showcases the fusion of Italian/French and Japanese flavours, utilizing premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with Service operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to deliver impeccable service and uphold our standards of excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork among staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques, with the ability to create innovative and delicious drinks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven track record of managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving revenue.
- Background in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
