JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist restaurant manager for all aspects of daily assigned outlet operation
- Engage with guests, understanding their preference and feedback, to continually elevate the dining experience
- Ensure all service staffs are well groomed, properly attired and efficient
- Involve in monthly physical stock take
- Perform other related duties as restaurant manager assigns
REQUIREMENT:
- Min. 2 years of experience working in restaurant sector / F&B industry
- Demonstrate ability to multitask and effectively prioritise responsibilites
- Great interpersonal skill and a team player
- Wine knowledge will be advantageous
