Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
- Resolve issues related to contractual and costing matters.
- Review Terms and Conditions of Contract from client
- Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
- Coordinate and assist in purchasing of all construction materials.
- Responsible for overall project cost budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Engineering background
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
