New Shan Travel is looking for an individual to fill in the position of Officer/ Executive, Leisure & Travel. You will work in a close-knit team with like-minded individuals and be reporting directly to the General Manager, Leisure & Travel.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Handle travel enquiries from phone calls, email, social media etc.
- Attend to walk-in customers.
- Issue travel documents, follow up with post-sales servicing etc.
- Tour leading opportunity.
- Participate in road-shows & travel fairs occasionally.
- Any other job as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O level.
- Bilingual.
- Friendly disposition, sales and service-oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Meticulous and proactive.
- Relevant working experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.
- Able to work 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
