As a Growth Manager at Vama, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and expansion of our next-generation banking services. This role enhances customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies, particularly around our mobile and chat-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to Vama’s chat-based banking and AI advisory services.
- Lead initiatives to increase user engagement and transaction volume, utilizing insights from our unique payment and advisory platforms.
- Drive adoption of Vama’s expanded services, including high transaction limits, multi-currency cards, and high-yield wallets.
- Innovate and optimize growth hacking techniques to scale the user base profitably in a competitive fintech environment.
- Manage and enhance our affiliate and referral programs to maximize reach and impact.
- Designed and executed data-driven CRM strategies to improve customer LTV and AOV.
- Collaborate with product teams to align growth strategies with new feature releases, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup atmosphere to meet and exceed business targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in growth marketing, strongly emphasizing mobile app growth and digital branding.
- Demonstrable experience with financial technologies, particularly in real-time payments and AI-driven services.
- Proven success in executing mobile app growth strategies and leveraging social media platforms.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.
- Experience in fast-paced, nimble environments, preferably in startups or fintech.
- Creative marketer and problem solver with a history of thinking beyond traditional paid advertising.
