Job Description
Manage all direct & indirect inventory to ensure sufficient supply at all times.
Keep track of updated certificates of products
Liaise with Purchaser/Logistic/Sales team on any item quality issue to rectify and prevent supply shortage issue.
Investigate any inventory discrepancies, reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues/findings for management review.
Control all key items delivery daily and ensure to maintain safety stock and prevent over stocking.
Responsible for stocks return, exchange and stocks adjustment functions.
Address issues promptly, maintain operational standards, and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.
Act as key point of contact for all inventory-related issues and escalation.
To carry out tasks as and when assigned by the management.
Timely report and submit reports to the Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent education.
Organized, structured, analytical and data-driven mindset.
Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
Proficient in Microsoft office and work well with systems from previous job
