The Position:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. You will provide design inputs to high-profile international projects.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban design.
Responsibilities:
· Developing design concepts into detailed design.
· Preparation of technical package and co-ordinate with technical support team
· Liaise and co-ordinate with internal team members, clients and consultants.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in Client presentations, explaining urban design concepts and technical inputs.
Qualifications & Capabilities:
· Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
· Strong design sense
· Strong computer aid skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe package
· Ability to multi-task and calm under pressure.
· Experience in working with South East Asia projects.
· Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with a multi-disciplinary team
· Team Player.
· A proactive approach to responding to project challenges and exceeding Client’s expectations.
