Responsibilities:
· To maintain all equipment via 3d party vendor across the brands on a timely manner and as per needed in operations
· To go around to stores as per operation need to check machines
· Assist the store in charge should there be a mechanical crises or sudden break down or equipments
· To manager operations and drive sales at all the cafes and kiosks shops on a need basis with prior arrangement
· To manage operational costs including manpower, equipment maintenance etc
· To manager the stock for the machines and parts for the various outlets
· To be the Project Manager on all renovation projects, ensuring the projets are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
· Work with the Designers and contractors on the development of the floor plan, shop design and the build of the store
· Liaise with Operation team and Brand team to ensure the store layout fully utilize the floor space and is as per operation needs
· To maintain close, professional and effective links with all external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver to mutually accepted agreements and highest quality level any other duties assigned by the management
