Job Description
· Administrative and office printing work including operation of office equipment such as printer and other office equipment, filing of document such as report book / student PDF records etc.
· General cleaning of general office, sick bay and printing room.
· Preparation of art materials for art lessons and cleaning of art materials and art rooms.
· Attending to pupil in sick-bay and front desk as well as supporting school events/activities. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal or Administration Manager.
Requirements
· Preferably have attended primary education.
· Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in primary school office administration.
Working hours
· 7:30 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm
· Mainly work in the morning however, the working hours may be subjected to changes according to school manpower needs
· Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
