We are looking for incumbent who is able to co-ordinate daily operations and liaise with external parties to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Responsibilities
· Coordinating with shipping agent for vessel estimated time of arrival
· Plan, schedule and assign deliveries/loading daily
· Work closely with sales team on new enquiries
· Plan, schedule and assign deliveries/loading daily
· Safe keeping of completed document received from barge
· Ensure all data are timely and accurately recorded in the system
· Liaising between charterers and internal shipping team
· Generating Sales and Purchase Orders
· Administrative duties
Requirements
· Diploma in any field
· Preferably 2-3 years in the similar role, with bunker opeartions experience is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends
