Our client are hiring Desktop Support (End Users Support) for island wide.
Working hour: Office hours
Location: Island wide
Job Scope:
· Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
· Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
· Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
· Involved in heavy lifting
· Perform service request related to client platforms.
· Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Requirements:
· Training will provide.
· Ability to resolve common end users’ issues (e.g. Outlook, VPN, Network, Printer)
· Microsoft Endpoint Administrator exam (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certified are preferred
