Job description:
· Provide all aspects of administrative, corporate and business support
· Provide good sales and service recovery support and customer relationship management
· Drive ongoing efforts to reach out to clients to ensure good service delivery and ensure communication to the delivery team should actions for improvisation need to be in place
· Provide good after sales support including administrative and customer support
· Maintain good positive relations with external parties/stakeholders such as clients, jobseekers, industry partners, government and statutory agencies and others etc
· Perform market research and competitors’ analysis including pricing, strategies and product mapping, etc
· Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the business in the event of contingency arises
· Provide support on new business offerings launch such as preparation of marketing collaterals, proposals and quotations as well as consolidating and proper documentation of resource database
· In-charge of company’s events such as press conferences, career and industry events should the needs arise
· Handle administrative, secretarial support, coordination, follow up and liaise via phone calls or meetings on behalf for matters assigned
· Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed
