Job Description:
- Manage operations to ensure optimal operational efficiency and on time delivery of goods to customers
- To attend all customers’ needs and meetings whenever required
- Drive key account relationship, understanding the service needs of clients; and establishing service strategies and KPIs to meet and exceed demands of the clients
- Review & develop appropriate systems to enhance operations
- To take charge and be accountable for customer daily operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Control and manage manpower effectively through planning, organizing and scheduling to maximize operations and administrations with budget
- Management of complaints for service failure from internal/ external parties within functional scope, including timely reporting, execution of appropriate corrective & preventive actions
Requirement:
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in Marine Operations Role
- Min. Diploma in Marine background at any level
- Ability to troubleshoot and analysis on vessel/ ship conversion
- Extensive knowledge of offshore vessels, technical and commercial operations
