We're a new opening, looking for a sous chef to join the team at a new opening at Holland Village.
You'll be responsible for running the kitchen together with the head chef. We're looking for a someone solution driven and a team player. You'll be responsible for :
- Opening, closing, and other side duties
- Ensure food are prepared and served according to restaurant's standards
- Maintain kitchen inventory to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of ingredients
- Communicate relevant, up-to-date information to kitchen staff
- Ensure staff clean and sanitize their workstations and equipment
- Adhere to all standards and procedures, and ensure staff do the same
