ADMIN TEMP | 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

The Hr Ecology Pte. Ltd.

Working hours: 8.30-6.00 (Mon-Thu) / 8.30-5.30 (Fri)


Job Duties:

  • To monitor daily reports.
  • To monitor daily ServiceNow tickets.
  • To investigate and process QR claims upon request from banks or consumers.
  • To investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems.


Job requirements

  • ITE/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin or Dispute Handling field will be advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Team player and effective communicator.

Location: Braddell
