Working hours: 8.30-6.00 (Mon-Thu) / 8.30-5.30 (Fri)
Job Duties:
- To monitor daily reports.
- To monitor daily ServiceNow tickets.
- To investigate and process QR claims upon request from banks or consumers.
- To investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems.
Job requirements
- ITE/Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin or Dispute Handling field will be advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Team player and effective communicator.
