Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across a spectrum of enterprise products, network solutions, and proposal highlights.
- Address client inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct testing for new products.
- Present technical proposals and solutions to clients formally.
- Fulfill additional tasks delegated by leadership and management.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in networking products such as Switches, Wireless Access Points, Routers, and related networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of Business Network systems including Gateways, Switches, Access Points, and IP CCTV.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Network or technical domains.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Certification such as CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificates are advantageous.
