Job Description
- Understanding and able to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection
- Ensuring the security of cinema and equipment at the end of the shift
- Opening/closing of cinema including cash handling and opening & closing procedures
- Ensuring the readiness and proper presentation of all areas of the location or within the complex during operating hours
- Ensuring that staff adopt proper procedures in projection, concession, floor or ticket sales duties
- Maintaining work discipline and report any staff misconduct to superior, to report/feedback to Manager for any course of action
- Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
- Assisting in handling customer complaint
- Assisting in group booking and sale of vouchers
- Familiar with breakdown/emergency procedures
- Undertake special assignment and project as required
Personal Attributes
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Diploma, any field
- Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn
- Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
- Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
- Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
- Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
- Must be fully vaccinated
