Job Responsibilities:
· Work closely with CEO / Directors to coordinate clients, business partners and investors
· Promote public companies listed on NASDAQ or New York Stock Exchange through IPO, RTO or SPACS through placements and secondary offers on the behalf of licensed brokers or banks
· Assist CEO / Directors to execute marketing plans and close deal
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent)
· Good financial / insurance background with connections to high-net-worth individual, families or institutional funds
· Excellent interpersonal, strong presentation and communication skills
· A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Fluent in English, Chinese (spoken and written) and additional foreign languages is preferable
· Willing to travel frequently
· Preferably Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident
