Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and facilities management of the company’s commercial properties, including managing term contracts.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to properties.
- Review and manage tenants’ fitting out works.
- Coordinate moving in of new tenants and inspection of premises for outgoing tenants
- Implement energy management programme to reduce operating costs.
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans to the company properties.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance budget
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
- Ensure all feedback are attended to promptly.
- Special projects and duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
- Familiar with local codes of practice and regulations
- Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical system
- Experience in tenancy management
- Experience in MCST will be an advantage
