Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and facilities management of the company’s commercial properties, including managing term contracts.
  • Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to properties.
  • Review and manage tenants’ fitting out works.
  • Coordinate moving in of new tenants and inspection of premises for outgoing tenants
  • Implement energy management programme to reduce operating costs.
  • Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans to the company properties.
  • Prepare and monitor maintenance budget
  • Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
  • Ensure all feedback are attended to promptly.
  • Special projects and duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
  • Familiar with local codes of practice and regulations
  • Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical system
  • Experience in tenancy management
  • Experience in MCST will be an advantage
