We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conversion of Sales Order to Sales Invoice.
- Reply to Ops Dept emails with the Sales Invoices and attachments.
- Scan invoices and attachments to a shared folder.
- Upload of invoices to Customer’s Portal (where applicable).
- Generate Statement of Accounts.
- Support Credit Control initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Min at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Responsible, analytical, organized, and meticulous.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate/Advanced) and other ERP Systems (SAP).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good general IT knowledge.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- 5.0 workdays.
