- Education background prefer Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveyor related fields;
- Able to expert in taking off quantities for structure and infrastructure works;
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and spec;
- Handle tender documents, able to fulfill before deadline;
- MS Project and basic AutoCAD skill needed;
- Able to work independantly is preferred;
- To draft and handle contracts correspondence; and
- To read and understand BQ and contract documents.
