Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
- Process of monthly payroll, bonus, annual increment and workforce planning
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Compensation and Benefits duties
- Provide support on Performance management
- Handling work pass applications
- Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
- Handle complains, disputes and grievances of staff
- Perform administrative duties/tasks
Job Requirement
- 3 - 5 years as HR within Banking/ Financial sector is preferred
