Job duties:
- Manage full set of accounts – receivable, payable, expenses and bank reconciliation.
- Posting of Sales and Purchase entries and follow up overdue invoices.
- Prepare closing of accounts at the end of each month.
- Responsible for GST submission and filing Year-End income tax.
- Handle general office admin as well as HR admin.
Job requirements:
- Must have good knowledge of financial management and accounting standards.
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience with full sets of books and taxation
- Proficiency in MYOB or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial keeping.
