- Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager / Outlet Manager
- Working Location: Locations across the island
- Working Hours: 6-day workweek
- Salary Package: Competitive Base Salary + Yearly Bonus
- Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly address customer feedback and complaints.
- Maintain adherence to company standards to increase sales and reduce expenses, such as cost of goods and labour.
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage overall operations of the assigned outlet.
- Securely process and bank all daily sales collections.
- Ensure that personnel and payroll-related administrative duties are promptly followed up on.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the food service and dining areas.
- Guarantee the consistency and quality of food offered to customers.
- Handle recruitment, staff development, performance reviews, and disciplinary action to promote team stability and maintain order.
- Craft staff rosters to satisfy operational needs.
- Guide new hires through orientation and manage their training.
