- Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
Job Scope:
- Provide secretarial support to Head Of Department
- Handling phone calls, incoming and outgoing documents, scheduling of appointments etc.
- Manage administrative duties for the department
- Coordinating meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Procurement of stationeries and process purchase orders for the department to maintain office supplies
- Prepare and submit regular department reports
- To undertake any assignments or projects when assigned by the Manager/ HOD.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- 3 years of working experience in providing admin support to the department
- Managing complex calendar and scheduling meetings
- Proficient in MS office Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
- Flexible and adaptable.
