Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and liaise with clients on claims and variation costs.
- Prepare quotations, compare prices, and prepare bill of quantities for tender.
- Conduct cost analysis and contract administration.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Perform quantity surveying for projects.
- Any relevant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Construction Quantity Surveyor (Electrical/Post Tender/Project) are welcome to apply.
