Our client is an international listed company dealing with clean and renewable energy. They are currently looking for Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore on remote work arrangement.
Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of agreements and contracts pertaining to the commercial activities mostly in South East Asia.
- Contract review on different types of agreement for M&A, MOU, NDA, collaboration, innovation, risk analysis, gap analysis, legal activities and due diligence.
- To work with respective overseas external legal counsels.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Ideally candidate is meticulous, hardworking, possesses eye for detail and performs well under pressure.
- Independent and reliable to work on remote basis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Proficient in both written and spoken chinese.
