Summary:

We are seeking an adaptable and resourceful Event Assistant to oversee all admin and logistical aspects of our booth at an upcoming event.

The event is held 15 to 17 May 2024 at Expo.


Responsibilities:

  1. Booth Maintenance: Ensure our booth maintains a professional appearance throughout the event. Manage booth inventory, including posters audiovisual equipment, and promotional materials.
  2. Admin: Take on admin tasks as needed during the event duration
  3. Booth Breakdown: Assist with the the packing logistic at the end of the event, ensuring all materials are packed safely for transport or storage.

Qualifications:

  1. O Level cert or equivalent
  2. Proactive, possess strong organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. A keen eye for detail is highly advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with event attendees and internal team members.
