About the Job
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in both setting and executing the AI strategy across the company’s portfolio. This position involves deep collaboration across functions and leadership of the AI transformation initiatives enterprise-wide.
The Head of AI will be responsible for:
- AI Strategy and Leadership: Develop and spearhead the AI roadmap, ensuring integration with overall business objectives. Drive the adoption and optimization of AI technologies across the company.
- AI Solutions and Implementation POC: Serve as the primary point of contact for the implementation of AI initiatives with both internal and external development teams. Identify and engage with AI solution providers to ensure the deployment of effective, industry-leading technologies and solutions across the company.
- Innovation and Transformation: Utilize AI to innovate and transform business processes, enhancing user interactions and operational efficiencies. Lead major projects that integrate AI into core business functions to drive growth and value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business needs. Act as a bridge among product, technology, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Academic Background: MBA or equivalent in a relevant field
- Demonstrated expertise in AI, computational engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proven AI Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years in AI strategy and implementation, with substantial experience in integrating AI into business processes and leading transformative AI initiatives.
