Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute of marketing and communications strategies to support internal business units.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns and promotions to drive business objectives.
- Work closely with General Manager to develop new campaigns.
- Manage SICC Corporate Brand in line with Brand Strategy and Guidelines.
- Develop and maintain SICC’s branding and visual identity guidelines.
- Ensure development of a strong brand positioning and consistency of communication across all channels.
- Manage the overall communications plan and ensure consistency amongst communications initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications, at all times providing sufficient, accurate and timely information to all stakeholders.
- Write collateral materials promoting SICC’s services.
- Develop guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
- Conduct appropriate market research on competitive services and firms.
- Work on SICC's intranet and internet site developing and maintaining content, including any video content.
- Create various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration.
- Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimise communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage Members.
- Provide art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials.
- Plan, organise, execute and manage events, including partner events and other corporate events.
- Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools in conjunction with other departments.
Public Relations
- Manage, review and edit media releases, media pitches, internal memos, statements, media and public relations plans, key messages and other documents related to public relations and corporate materials.
- Review and edit all communication materials to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and alignment with intended strategy and messaging.
- Work with media house on garnering advertisements for the Club’s magazine.
- Ensure that all corporate templates, including contracts, stationary, presentations, proposals, brochures, fonts, colors, etc., are all according to corporate standards.
- Maintain a library of resources for use by all in the office for publications.
- Ensure accuracy of all information on the corporate website; managing the Members’ Forum and ensure response in a timely fashion.
- Ensure there is in place storage and retrieval system for all media publications/press releases/journals/editorials etc.
Commercial Sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Develop and implement CSR strategy and provide expertise and support to all parts of the business including internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent SICC in external CSR events, ensuring & creating a pro-CSR brand image for SICC among key stakeholders in the community.
- Manage relationships with external bodies such as Charities/ NGOs.
- Assist in identifying and developing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) plans to promote the reputation of SICC, increases awareness of its products and services and support customer relations.
