Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge in full suite ERP and HRMS systems
Understanding and representing user needs.
Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
Defining a vision for a product, marketing and ROI
Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
Understanding Software knowledge for client presentations, workflows, drafting customer requirement specifications and communication with internal technical team
Functional workflows, Application configuration, System technical knowledge to handle the complete product functionality implementation and support.
Requirement
Candidate should be a Bachelor's Degree holder.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residence only to apply.
Candidate should be 40 years and above since this is under Mid-Career pathway programme
Note: Candidate will be converted into fulltime basis based on satisfied performance after end of the 6 months programme.
