Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for business users, addressing change requests and resolving system incidents promptly and effectively.

- Produce high-quality technical documentation for new and existing applications, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET, Oracle, and SQL technologies.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to assess new IT software projects and provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
