Role Description

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Revenue Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our sales operations.

Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, this position will contribute significantly to the scalability, efficiency, and diverse tool management within our revenue-generating functions.

This crucial role executes the alignment of the sales, marketing, and services teams, to achieve one goal: scaling our revenue efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Tool innovation & automation: Create and improve low-code tools and innovative solutions to streamline and automate sales processes, contributing to improving performance metrics and operational excellence;
  • Ownership: Take ownership of a diverse range of tasks encompassing the management and optimization to scale our revenue efficiency;
  • Cross-functional project management: Demonstrate an active role in cross-functional projects, showcasing exceptional project management skills, prioritization, execution, and delivering tangible results while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Drive operational enhancements: Working alongside our leadership team (the CEO, the VP of Sales, and the head of Operations) to identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you spearhead and drive operational improvements;
  • Team player: Manage and support cross-functional initiatives, serving as a liaison between Sales and other key partner teams: Operations, Marketing;
  • Data integrity: Uphold and maintain data integrity within our CRM system and other essential tools used by the company;

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, curious, and detail-oriented professional who is eager to work on various projects, embrace ownership, and is passionate about creating top-class low-code tools.

  • You are detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and quality within CRM systems and other operational tools;
  • You have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage stakeholders across multiple teams;
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals;
  • You have experience in a similar fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating an understanding of scalable sales operations and a track record of contributing to growth;
  • You are skilled at managing and adapting a diverse array of tools to optimize and automate processes. You must also be proficient in using Airtable, HubSpot, and Zapier.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, an engineering diploma or degree is a plus;
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a fast-growing B2C company, supporting a rapidly growing sales organization;
  • Working experience using Airtable or Hubspot;
  • Working experience with integration tools such as Zapier or Make;
  • Good command of spreadsheet-based modeling and analysis;
  • Proven track record of managing and executing complex projects;
  • Self-starter attitude with an ability to work with minimal guidance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
