JOB OVERVIEW
- You are responsible for the further development of the regional IT systems according to the requirements of the Getinge Group in Sales & Distribution and proper integration to linked functions and systems (e.g. FICO, CRM,…).
- In this position you are the connection between our business partners and the Global IT teams.
- You secure well reflected business processes and high application adoption.
- Open and trustworthy collaboration with teams from different business & IT areas will be important part of your job.
- You will be part of an international team where you will be able to work in an agile environment and contribute to international Sales & Service projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage functional requirements and business expectations for Sales & Distribution applications and the integration to other functions and interfaced systems.
- Ensure regional / country processes which are aligned with our global standards
- Collaborate with various business partners from Sales & Service and Operations departments to improve application adoption
- Management of communication between global IT, Global Sales “Business Process Harmonization” (BPH) Team and regional business stakeholder
- Escalation management with global IT support organization
- Project management and administration for IT projects within the APAC & EMEA region
- IT solution consulting and change requests with regional business stakeholders for Sales & Distribution and integration to other functions and systems (e.g. FICO, CRM…)
- Management of the regional key-users community for issues/questions within the APAC & EMEA region
- Work actively on the continuous optimization of system functionalities to support sales processes
- Support of interfaces between different IT applications (e.g. SalesForce – CRM, 3PL)
- Very good technical know how of SAP SD (customizing, transport managementnt)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE/ SKILSS
- Degree in business, information technology or other relevant discipline
- Strong experience in SAP Sales & Distribution as a consultant, including technical aspects (e.g., customizing, transport management, program analysis)
- More than 7 years’ experience in SAP SD
- Strong IT project management skills (PMP or equivalent certificate will be preferred)
- Experience in Computer System Validation procedures (regulated industries like MedTech)
- Work experience in an international company
- Good understanding about system supported sales processes and master data
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Motivated to work proactively, develop, and propose new ideas, and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to develop good working relationships, with internal colleagues and internal business partners
- Readiness to work and integrate within an international and multicultural team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
