Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead operation team in frontline to provide each customer with a wonderful dining experience.
· Be Din Tai Fung brand ambassador, upholding our brand philosophy and company values by demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationships
· Engage with customers through checking on their dining experience, making recommendations and gathering feedback to provide service enhancement to customer
· Handle and resolving guest enquires and feedback (In Outlet, Phone, Feedback Form and Email) promptly
· Initiate and handle the post feedback investigation process and propose preventive actions
· Preparation of Customer Care Memos
· Other duties involve assisting the outlets in charge of operation matters
