Responsibilities
· Handle site documents including daily record, photo record etc. and assist to maintain proper documentation at site
· Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and the logistics and ensure the work progress meet schedule
· Coordinate with trade contractors on construction details and working sequence
Requirements
· Min. 3-5 years site experience in interior fitting-out project/building construction project
· Diploma in interior Design or Architectural Studies or relevant academic qualification is preferred
· Good team player and able to work under pressure
· Self-motivated, responsible, independent and hardworking
· Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office
· Ability to read, understand and exchange the construction details with trade contractors
